For the night register: Name, Residence, type of identity card and the dates on which you stay with us.
We use the booking system of bedandbreakfast.nl. This information is not shared with third parties. Other information that you have provided to us will never be shared with others or provided to other parties unless this is a legal obligation.
The retention period of the data for the night register is 7 years. If you contact us via the contact form on our site duingasten.nl or other correspondence by e-mail, the retention period will be limited and in any case no longer than a month after the moment has passed when your question pertains to our estimate. Reservation bookings and the resulting invoices will be kept to a maximum for the period that our administration is subject to inspection by the tax authorities (maximum 7 years).
By entering into a reservation agreement you indicate that you give permission to process and store the data you provide as stated above. You obviously have the right to withdraw the consent given for a particular processing to the extent that it does not conflict with the Dutch legislation. You have the right to inspect, correct and delete your data at any time to the extent that this is not in conflict with the Dutch legislation. Both when contacting us via the contact form on our site duingasten.nl and when making a reservation request we only use the minimum necessary information to come into an agreement with you or to be able to correspond with you.

The information you provide is stored in the reservation system of Bedandbreakfast.nl in a secure environment.
Any contact requests and e-mails regarding reservation requests and reservation confirmations are stored on our computer which is protected by passwords and is provided with the latest security software. In the unlikely event of a security leak, we will immediately inform the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
